Job Description:

As a member of our Bar Staff at Dowse, you'll be the creative force behind our beverage service, ensuring guests have a memorable time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bartending Expertise: Showcase your bartending skills by crafting a variety of cocktails and beverages, from classics to innovative creations.

• Customer Engagement: Engage with guests, providing friendly and knowledgeable service, recommending drinks, and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.

• Drink Presentation: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each drink is not only delicious but also beautifully presented.

• Inventory Management: Efficiently manage bar inventory, keeping track of supplies, restocking, and notifying when stock is running low.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bartending or a similar role is a plus but not required.
