As a member of our Waitstaff at Dowse, you will be the face of our clients' establishments, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining moments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Excel in providing outstanding customer service, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

  • Order Taking: Efficiently take orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the kitchen.

  • Table Service: Provide attentive table service, including serving meals, drinks, and ensuring guest comfort.

  • Menu Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, helping guests make informed choices and offering recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in waitstaff or a similar role is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
