Job Description:

As a Kitchen Hand at Dowse, you'll be the backbone of our clients' kitchens, ensuring the smooth flow of culinary operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients to support the culinary team.

  • Dishwashing: Maintain cleanliness by efficiently handling dishwashing, ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils.

  • Kitchen Organization: Keep the kitchen organized, ensuring ingredients and equipment are easily accessible to chefs.

  • Cleaning: Engage in general cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Prior kitchen hand or food preparation experience is a plus but not required.

  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  • Adaptability to handle fast-paced kitchen tasks and assist the culinary team effectively.

  • An eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high hygiene standards.
